1. 14-Day Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial for all subscription plans (Starter, Growth, and Agency).
- No credit card is required to start the trial.
- During this period, you have full access to the features associated with your chosen plan.
- We encourage all users to fully utilise this trial period to ensure the product meets their specific business needs before any payment is processed.
2. Subscription Billing
After the 14-day trial ends, if you choose to upgrade to a paid plan, your subscription will be processed via our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy.
- Monthly Subscriptions: You are billed every 30 days.
- Annual Subscriptions: You are billed once every 12 months at a discounted rate.
3. Refund Eligibility
Because we provide a comprehensive 14-day trial period to evaluate the software, we generally do not offer refunds once a paid subscription has commenced or a renewal has been processed.
However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Technical Failure: If a critical bug prevents you from using the service and our technical team cannot resolve it within 7 business days.
- Billing Errors: If you were accidentally double-billed due to a system glitch.
- Legal Requirements: For customers located in regions where local laws mandate a specific "cooling-off" period (e.g., UK/EU Consumer Rights), we will honour those statutory requirements.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your AxonRow Portal or your Lemon Squeezy customer receipt link.
- Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle.
- No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
- We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused time within a billing cycle.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under the exceptional circumstances mentioned above, please contact our support team at support@axonrow.io with the following information:
- Your account email address
- The Lemon Squeezy order ID / transaction ID
- A detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed through Lemon Squeezy and may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
6. Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record
All transactions are handled by Lemon Squeezy. While we determine refund eligibility based on the criteria above, the actual processing of funds is managed by their platform in compliance with global payment standards.
