Multi-Shop & Agency Operations
Multi-shop aggregation, team permissions, agency dashboards, and portfolio views.
The Problem
Running one TikTok Shop is manageable. Running three is chaos. Running ten — managing shops for multiple sellers — is a full-time operations challenge.
Each shop has its own Seller Center login, its own order queue, its own SLA deadlines, its own ad account, and its own financial data. Without aggregation, your operations team is constantly switching between accounts, losing context, and missing deadlines because they were looking at the wrong shop.
The data isolation problem also gets worse. When you manage shops for Seller A and Seller B, you cannot let one seller's data leak into the other's view. And each seller needs to maintain control over their own TikTok authorizations — they should be able to grant and revoke access without depending on you.
The Manual Way
- Log into each Seller Center account separately (one browser tab per shop)
- Export CSVs from each shop and merge them in a master spreadsheet
- Manually track which shop has urgent SLA deadlines
- Ask sellers to share their TikTok credentials (security nightmare)
- Manually pull ad spend data from each TikTok Ads Manager
- Create separate reporting views per seller with role-based access controls
This does not scale. At 5+ shops, the manual overhead consumes more time than the actual operations work. And the risk of cross-contaminating data between sellers is real — one wrong paste and Seller A sees Seller B's margins.
The AxonRow Way
Multi-Shop Aggregation
AxonRow connects multiple TikTok Shops under a single organization. All orders, SLA statuses, and profit data flow into one unified dashboard. You can view everything together or filter by individual shop.
Agency Portfolio View
For Pro users managing multiple sellers' shops, AxonRow provides portfolio-level views:
- Aggregated orders: See all orders across all managed shops in one stream
- Portfolio SLA stats: One dashboard showing Safe/Warning/Critical/Breached counts across all shops
- Aggregated profit ledger: Revenue and margin data rolled up across the portfolio
- Product Decision Matrix: Scatter chart with quadrant filtering — Rising Stars, Emerging, Declining, and Long Tail — with pin-to-compare for side-by-side product analysis.
- Portfolio Sankey: Fund flow visualization showing Shop to Product Quadrant to Financial outcomes (Profit, Ad Spend, Returns, Fees). See where money flows across the entire portfolio at a glance.
- Cross-shop ad spend comparison: Compare ad spend across shops in the same currency, per-shop creative performance, duration/optimization mode comparison, and hourly spend patterns across shops.
- Ad spend attribution: Cross-shop ROAS comparison, per-SKU profit attribution after ad spend, and promotion-type breakdowns (Product GMV Max vs LIVE GMV Max). See Chapter 8: Ad Spend & GMV Max Analytics for the full breakdown.
- Insights drilldown: Contribution analysis across shops, products, and SKUs with period-over-period comparison.
Each shop's data is isolated at the database level. Data is scoped to the organization that received the authorization — there is no risk of cross-contamination between sellers.
How Pro Works for Multi-Shop
There is no separate "agency tier" or "agency module." All Pro users can manage multiple shops. The only difference is who performs the TikTok authorization:
- Pro seller (own shops): You authorize your own Shop and Ads accounts directly in AxonRow. Simple OAuth flow — click, approve, done.
- Pro agency (managing sellers' shops): You invite sellers to authorize their Shop and Ads accounts to your AxonRow organization. The seller does not need an AxonRow account — they just click the authorization links.
Data isolation is per-shop, scoped to the organization that received the authorization. Whether you authorized your own shop or a seller authorized theirs to you, the data boundaries work the same way.
The Invitation Flow
When managing other sellers' shops, the authorization process is designed to be transparent and seller-controlled:
- Create invitation: Choose the scope — "Shop Only" (orders, SLA, profit) or "Shop + Ads" (adds ad spend data and campaign management).
- Seller receives email: Clear description of exactly what data will be shared and what AxonRow will access.
- Authorization links: Two separate links — one for Shop OAuth, one for Ads OAuth (if scope includes ads). The seller can authorize in any order.
- No AxonRow account needed: The seller just clicks the TikTok OAuth links. They do not need to sign up, log in, or install anything.
- Seller stays in control: Authorization can be revoked at any time directly in TikTok's partner settings. No need to contact the agency.
What AxonRow Does Not Do
- Client billing: Agency fee tracking and invoicing is outside our scope. Use Xero, QuickBooks, or a dedicated agency management platform.
- Cross-platform aggregation: AxonRow is TikTok Shop only. If you also manage Amazon or Shopify stores, you need a multi-channel tool for the unified view.
Checklist
- At 3+ shops, stop switching between Seller Center tabs — aggregate into one dashboard
- If managing your own shops: authorize each shop's Shop + Ads accounts directly
- If managing sellers' shops: send invitations with the right scope (Shop Only vs Shop + Ads)
- Confirm each seller has completed authorization — check connection status in your dashboard
- Set up portfolio-level SLA monitoring — one breached order in any shop should be visible immediately
- Review cross-shop ad spend comparison to spot underperforming campaigns early
- Remind sellers they can revoke access anytime in TikTok's partner settings — transparency builds trust
