Multi-Shop & Agency Operations
Multi-shop aggregation, team permissions, agency dashboards, and portfolio views.
The Problem
Running one TikTok Shop is manageable. Running three is chaos. Running ten — as an agency managing multiple brands — is a full-time operations challenge.
Each shop has its own Seller Center login, its own order queue, its own SLA deadlines, and its own financial data. Without aggregation, your operations team is constantly switching between accounts, losing context, and missing deadlines because they were looking at the wrong shop.
The permission problem also gets worse. An agency managing Brand A and Brand B cannot let Brand A see Brand B's data. A seller with a warehouse team and a finance team needs different views for each. TikTok's Seller Center has basic sub-account permissions, but they are not granular enough for real multi-team operations.
The Manual Way
- Log into each Seller Center account separately (one browser tab per shop)
- Export CSVs from each shop and merge them in a master spreadsheet
- Manually track which shop has urgent SLA deadlines
- Create separate Google Sheets per brand/client with manual data entry
- Use screen sharing or screenshots to report to agency clients
This does not scale. At 5+ shops, the manual overhead consumes more time than the actual operations work. And the risk of cross-contaminating data between clients is real — one wrong paste and Brand A sees Brand B's margins.
The AxonRow Way
Multi-Shop Aggregation
AxonRow connects multiple TikTok Shops under a single organization. All orders, SLA statuses, and profit data flow into one unified dashboard. You can view everything together or filter by individual shop.
Agency Portfolio View
For agencies, AxonRow provides portfolio-level views:
- Aggregated orders: See all orders across all managed shops in one stream
- Portfolio SLA stats: One dashboard showing Safe/Warning/Critical/Breached counts across all shops
- Aggregated profit ledger: Revenue and margin data rolled up across the portfolio
Each shop's data is isolated at the database level. There is no risk of cross-contamination between brands — the system enforces boundaries, not your team's discipline.
Organization Types
AxonRow supports two organization types:
- Seller: A single brand managing 1–3 shops (e.g., US shop + UK shop). All data visible to all team members within the org.
- Agency: A management company overseeing multiple brands. Each brand's data is isolated. Agency admins see the portfolio view; brand-level users only see their own shop.
What AxonRow Does Not Do
- Client reporting: AxonRow does not generate branded PDF reports for agency clients. Export the data and build reports in your preferred tool.
- Client billing: Agency fee tracking and invoicing is outside our scope. Use Xero, QuickBooks, or a dedicated agency management platform.
- Cross-platform aggregation: AxonRow is TikTok Shop only. If you also manage Amazon or Shopify stores, you need a multi-channel tool for the unified view.
Checklist
- At 3+ shops, stop switching between Seller Center tabs — aggregate into one dashboard
- Ensure data isolation between brands/clients at the system level, not by team discipline
- Set up portfolio-level SLA monitoring — one breached order in any shop should be visible immediately
- Define organization type (Seller vs Agency) based on whether you manage your own brands or others'
- For agencies: establish clear data boundaries before onboarding the first client
